NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Weston Plan Commission on Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at 6:00 p.m., at the WESTON SAFETY BUILDING, COURT ROOM, 5209 MESKER STREET, WESTON, to take testimony relative to the following:
TOWN-REZN-10-17-1671 Jeff and Susan Upward, 2821 Townline Road, Weston, requesting a rezone from Rural Residential-2Acre (RR-2) to Single-Family Residential-Large Lot (SF-L), to allow for the construction of a garage within the confines of the setbacks of the SF-L zoning district. This property is described as Section 5 of Township 28 North, Range 08 East, East 1/2 of the Northwest Quarter, of the Northwest Quarter, and East 5 acres, excepting the south 33 feet thereof. This property consists of 4.880 acres, and is addressed as 2821 Townline Road, Town of Weston, Marathon County.
